Double Ferrule Thermoplastic Light Bulb Socket – E26

These double ferrule thermoplastic light sockets work with almost all of our pendant light lampshades, including all of our super popular fiber string lampshades and handmade Italian ceramic pendant light shades.

So, why do we call them double ferrule? It’s a fancy way of saying two rings. And that’s exactly what these light bulb sockets have on them, two rings. The rings are there to hold pendant light shades in place. Most pendant light shade that have an opening between 1 – 5/8 inches to 2 – 1/16 inches wide should work with these double ferrule light bulb sockets.

This double ferrule thermoplastic E26 socket is made in Italy to the highest standards. It’s UL listed and works with standard/medium E26 base light bulbs. A fantastic socket at a great price. This socket works with all our pendant light cables.

WARNING: a strain relief cable clamp is NOT included. On our website go to Lamp Parts & Shades > Lighting Accessories > Strain Reliefs to select the strain relief to go with your light bulb socket. Any of our strain reliefs will work with this light bulb socket.
